Raswella provides both free and paid digital PDF resources. By purchasing or downloading any digital product from this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are subject to the conditions set out in this policy.
Digital Downloads (Paid PDFs)
All paid PDF products are supplied as digital downloads.
Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed (downloaded), refunds are not normally available, in line with UK consumer regulations for digital content.
This policy exists because digital files cannot be returned, revoked, or resold once accessed.
Exceptions – Faulty or Incorrect Files
A refund or replacement may be considered if:
- The file is corrupted or unreadable
- The wrong file was supplied
- There is a technical fault that prevents access and cannot be resolved
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Wherever possible, we will first aim to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.
Free Resources (Free PDFs)
All free PDF downloads are provided as-is.
- No refunds apply (as no payment is taken)
- No guarantees are made regarding suitability for individual circumstances
- Free resources may be updated, replaced, or removed at any time
Change of Mind
Refunds are not available for paid digital downloads due to a change of mind once access has been granted.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are expressly consenting to immediate access to digital content, and therefore waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Sale / Discounted Items
Discounted or promotional digital products are subject to the same refund conditions as full-price digital products and are non-refundable once accessed.
