Programme Structure
The REALISE Method™ is delivered over 12 weeks with a structured learning journey:
Core Programme
- 8 facilitated sessions (2.5 hours each)
- 4 individual coaching sessions (1 hour each)
- Action learning sets between sessions
- Comprehensive workbook with reflection exercises
- Post-programme support (6 months)
Cohort Size
Maximum 20 participants per cohort to ensure quality coaching and practice time.
Research Foundation
The REALISE Method™ is built on solid research foundations:
- Role-play effectiveness: Published research shows 45% knowledge gains from structured role-play practice (Acharya et al., 2019)
- Coaching impact: Meta-analyses demonstrate very large effect sizes (d=1.29) for coaching interventions (Theeboom et al., 2014)
- Reflective practice: The 5R reflection model is validated across multiple professions (Bain et al., 2002)
Important note: While individual components are evidence-based, we’re currently conducting a rigorous pilot RCT (Q2 2025) to validate the integrated programme’s effectiveness. We’re transparent about what’s proven versus what we project.

About the Creator
Raswella Warburton, ICF PCC
Raswella created The REALISE Method™ based on ten years of experience with the Ministry of Defence supporting diversity and inclusion, followed by extensive work in career transition, outplacement, and workplace development coaching.
Qualifications:
- PGCert Business and Personal Coaching (University of Chester)
- ICF PCC Accreditation
- Level 2 Counselling (in progress)
- BSc Social Science (Open University)
Philosophy:
Raswella believes that most workplace conflict stems from managers lacking the skills and confidence to have difficult conversations early. The REALISE Method™ addresses this gap through practice-based learning that builds real capability.
